Moonfarmer was brought on as digital agency, offering out-of-the box strategic thinking that matched Samsung’s ethos of innovation, and providing resources to support goals and objectives across a wide spectrum of deliverables. Areas of focus included digital recommendations (both editorial and visual content strategy and execution), digital platform enhancement, analytics, user experience, social amplification through both organic and paid promotion tactics, as well as coordination among owned channels and partner channels, Newsroom capacity building and process codification.
